Londonative is my website about London’s history, arts and culture. Sadly I retired the Londoneer and its content (which I started in 2007) a few months ago.
I’m a resident of Stratford in east London, and a keen writer and photographer who has been published both online and in print. Professionally, I put food on the table through web development, and I’m currently a mature student at Birkbeck, University of London, studying for a BA in Journalism and Media.
I suppose it’s legitimate to ask why the site is here? Well it does give me an outlet to showcase my writing and photography, and to share my passion for our wonderful capital city.
Do use the contact form if you would like to drop me a line – I can also be reached via my Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn accounts (just use the buttons on the right).
Please note that as I blog primarily for my own amusement – and have very limited free time at present – I’m afraid that I’m not normally able to respond to requests to cover particular events, product launches and so on. I may be able to assist with a tweet or two if it’s a subject that interests me but that’s about it!
I hope that you enjoy looking around the site.
